  1. Reservation Request

When requesting a reservation, a non-binding option can be placed on an accommodation of Accommodation Lanzarote by mutual agreement. If no final confirmation or payment is received within the agreed period, we reserve the right to make the accommodation available again in our calendar.

  1. Reservation

A reservation becomes final once it has been confirmed by us in writing via email or WhatsApp and the agreed payment has been received.

  1. Payment

Payment conditions are agreed upon in advance with the guest. If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

  1. Changes

For any changes regarding stay dates, number of guests or other parts of the reservation, guests must contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. We will always try to accommodate changes based on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Cancellation

Cancellation charges may apply in case of cancellation by the guest. We strongly recommend that guests take out travel and cancellation insurance.

  1. Maximum Number of Guests

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Receiving additional guests or visitors without prior permission is not allowed. In case of violation of this rule, Accommodation Lanzarote and the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without any right to refund.

  1. Damage and Liability

Any damage, defects or breakages must be reported to us immediately. The main booker is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, inventory or surrounding property during the stay. Accommodation Lanzarote and the owners cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and other facilities is entirely at your own risk.

  1. Security and Access

Guests are required to treat the accommodation with care and ensure that doors, windows and entrance gates are properly closed when leaving the property or during absence. It is not permitted to allow unauthorized persons access to the accommodation. Upon departure, all keys and remote controls must be returned according to the agreed arrangements.

  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

During their stay, guests must comply with Spanish laws and local regulations. Illegal activities, nuisance, serious misconduct or failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without any right to refund. According to Spanish regulations, we may be required to register and provide guest identification details to the authorities.

  1. Force Majeure

Accommodation Lanzarote is not liable for situations of force majeure such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, power or water outages, pandemics, flight cancellations or other circumstances beyond our control. These terms and conditions have been created to guarantee all guests a safe, peaceful and pleasant holiday on Lanzarote.
