We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and worry-free stay. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.

General

• Please treat the accommodation with care and respect, as if it were your own home.
• Only the number of guests stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the accommodation.
• Parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed. 
• Please respect the neighbours and keep noise levels low, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 
• Pets are only allowed with prior permission.
• Smoking inside the accommodation is not permitted.

Check in and check out

• Check in from 3:00 PM.
• Check out no later than 11:00 AM.
• Please let us know if you would like an earlier check in, if you are arriving late or if you are delayed.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi (Villa Juanita)

• Use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk.
• Children must never be left unsupervised near the pool. 
• No glassware in or around the pool area.
• Please shower before using the pool/jacuzzi.
• Please respect the peace and quiet during the evening hours.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Please leave the accommodation tidy.
• Report any damage or defects immediately so we can resolve them quickly.
• Do not throw wet wipes, sanitary products or other materials into the toilet. 
• Switch off air conditioning, lights and electrical appliances when leaving the accommodation.

Safety 

• Always make sure doors and windows are properly closed when leaving the property.
• Lost keys must be reported immediately.
• Please use the barbecue and electrical appliances safely and responsibly.

 

Waste and environment

• Help us keep Lanzarote clean and beautiful by using the rubbish containers correctly.
• We kindly ask our guests to use water and electricity responsibly.

Departure 

• Please leave used towels together in one place as much as possible.
• Please remove all bed linen from the beds. 
• If you used the barbecue, please clean it afterwards.
• Do not leave rubbish inside the accommodation. Rubbish containers are located at the end of the street.
• Before departure, please check that you have taken all your personal belongings. 
• Return the keys according to the agreed arrangements.
